I have received my order but it appears to be incorrect, what do I do?

If you believe an error has occurred on your order or you have received the wrong product please send us a message as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Please be sure to include your sales order on your enquiry and a photo of the picking slip which will be inside your delivery package.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or a customer returns a faulty item?

Please take a picture and email the image to wholesale@makeupcartel.com.au quoting your Order Number. Your client must bring in the product to you for you to inspect to deem faulty.
